We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the product.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, with the original label and unused or unused, with a label. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
The quickest way to ensure that you need is to return the items you have. After accepting the return, please purchase new items separately.
After receiving and checking your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically according to the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
