This is a beautiful lamp. However, I was a little disappointed that the glass shade is more white and clear cut glass and not the softer beige/cream colors that I was expecting. The lamp was very nicely packed and arrived safely. Also neatly packed with the lamp was a small 1" square of green glass. I have no idea what the piece of glass is for and it is not mentioned in the assembly instructions which were very well written/illustrated and easy to follow.
